The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). raised its conforming loan limit in Maricopa County by 5.56% to a maximum amount of $766,550 in 2024. In some areas, the limit is even higher. The new limits will take effect in January.

This means buyers will have more flexibility (and possibly lower rates) when financing a higher-priced home.
