I segued from education and childcare to the mortgage industry five years ago and was amazed at the parallels. Providing a customer journey built on trust, exceptional care, and knowledge is at the core of my role as Production Manager at Bison Ventures and I believe that my team and I exceed borrower expectations at every turn. I was fortunate to have found my colleagues at the beginning of my career and was empowered to explore many areas of the business, including client relations, marketing, and production. All of these experiences allow me to approach each borrower and their unique mortgage scenarios with empathy, attention to detail, and a strong desire to help them achieve their homebuying dreams!
