As the cheerleader of the group, I am passionate about informed lending and local real estate and am an advocate for homeownership in our beautiful community. 

After growing up in Phoenix and graduating from ASU, I began my career in the real estate space as a Recruiter for one of the nation’s top real estate brokerages.  After meeting over 1,000 agents and learning about their needs and challenges, I then moved into title and escrow sales, where I partnered with agents to help them grow their businesses through personal coaching, education, marketing strategy, and system integration. I got my MLO license in 2017 and began settling into the Mortgage world. Today, my dual role as Bison Ventures Experience Manager/Loan Officer allows me to continue helping our agent partners grow while helping our company thrive. This role allows me to impact corporate culture, training & onboarding, employee development, customer experience, and community engagement. I believe in the Bison Way and am inspired by helping create a work environment that encourages harmony and success for our Herd.

When not talking loans or real estate strategy, you can find me on a local youth sports field watching one of my boys, hiking up north near our cabin, at the gym, or a concert with my best friend. I am blessed to have a partner who shares my passion for our industry, my love of adventure, and my family-first mentality.
